Prep students participated in the Perceptual Motor Program.
This program aims to develop a child’s fitness, balance, eye tracking and coordination skills.
It also focuses on movement, both directed and free.
Above all, it aims to give the child confidence to manipulate both himself and his world to suit his own best interests.
Every week the students use various equipment to help them master new skills such as jumping, hopping, skipping, balancing, throwing, catching and much more.
